Well, this is frustrating — recovery went backwards and everything is offline again until further notice.

Plex and Immich are back online for viewing, but storage is still recovering, so no new media can be added for the next several days.

File services are offline for a recovery event; Plex, Immich, and other file-based services are down with no ETA.
