All file services, including Plex and related media infrastructure, are being taken offline indefinitely while storage infrastructure issues are addressed.

Work is actively underway to resolve the situation. However, recovery time is currently unknown and may extend over several weeks.

Services will be restored as soon as possible once the infrastructure is stable.
